Vitrina is a personal wardrobe management app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

• Account information (email, name) when you sign in with Google or Apple
• Photos and details of clothing items you add to your wardrobe
• Outfits, wear history, calendar plans, and style preferences you create
• Wishlist items you save
• Color analysis results
• Approximate location (city-level) for weather suggestions — only with your permission
• Anonymous usage data and crash reports to improve the app

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the Vitrina service:

• Store and sync your wardrobe across devices
• Show weather-based outfit suggestions
• Process clothing photos with AI to detect colors, categories, and attributes
• Generate personalized style recommendations
• Improve app stability through crash reporting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

AI Processing

When you add a clothing item, the photo may be processed by AI services (Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI) to extract attributes like color, category, and style. These requests are made through our secure server proxy. AI providers do not retain your images after processing.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt) with encryption at rest and in transit. Images are stored in Supabase Storage with access restricted to your account only.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Firebase — crash reporting (Crashlytics) and anonymous analytics
• AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) — image analysis via server proxy, no data retention
• Open-Meteo — weather data (no personal data shared)
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — authentication only

Your Rights

You can:

• Access and view all your data in the app
• Update or correct your information at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
• Request a full data export by contacting us

When you delete your account, all data (wardrobe items, photos, outfits, history) is permanently removed within 30 days.

Children

Vitrina is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
